Sending StrongPro messages using Email
- Email is FREE so you can create longer email content
- The subject title is now optional but it is strongly recommended to put it in
- Patients can simply click the “unsubscribe link” to opt-out
Sending StrongPro messages using SMS

- SMS will cost $0.12 per 160 characters (including the pharmacy name and the automated opt-out sentence: “Reply STOP to opt out”- 21 characters)
- For example, the sentence below should be within 160 characters after taking into account the automated sentence (Reply STOP to opt out) and the pharmacy name.
- “Are you on acid reflux medications but still getting symptoms? Visit {Pharmacy Name} for support”
- For example, the sentence below should be within 160 characters after taking into account the automated sentence (Reply STOP to opt out) and the pharmacy name.
- SMS with emojis will cost $0.12 per 70 characters when an emoji is added to the SMS as shown below:
- SMS will cost $0.12 per 160 characters (including the pharmacy name and the automated opt-out sentence: “Reply STOP to opt out”- 21 characters)
