# What is StrongPro?

## Understanding StrongPro's functionality and purpose

StrongPro is an AI-powered tool designed to enhance revenue opportunities and provide value-based holistic patient care for pharmacy groups of all sizes. It offers comprehensive insights through predictive analytics, professional services, patient loyalty programs, and targeted health campaigns. 

StrongPro was developed as a tool to integrate seamlessly into our suite of solutions, aiding healthcare professionals and enhancing patient medication adherence.

### **How StrongPro works to support patient's medication adherence**

1. Analyses Data to Identify Health Opportunities
2. Groups Data into Categories to Highlight Health-Enhancing Opportunities
3. Recommends Communication Campaigns Based on Categories
4. Sends Communications to Customers for Medication Reminders, MedChecks Consultations, Clinical Trial Invitations, and more
5. Customers Visit the Pharmacy and Achieve The Desired Goals Based on the Communication Objective

### **Targeted Health Campaign Example:**

**Drug Type:** Acid-Related Disorder Medication (e.g., reflux or heartburn)

Purpose:  
This campaign allows pharmacists to efficiently provide the duty of care by targeting patients using reflux or heartburn medications. Through StrongPRO, pharmacists can communicate with these patients to check if they need additional support, such as lifestyle advice, medication reviews, or alternative treatments.

Sample message: Hi {First Name}, need help managing reflux or heartburn? Visit {Pharmacy Name} for advice and support on your treatment.

### **Instructions:**

1. Login into StrongER via your desktop or search bar
2. Click on data analytics, and select **'Browse patient**

3. Under Drug Type, select “ Drug For Acid Related Disorder”
4. Under Distance from Store, enter 0-10 (If targeting patients living 10km from the pharmacy)
5. Click “Contact”

6. Look for “reflux” template
7. Select the template
8. Click “Next"

9. Check the total SMS costs

11. Click “Next”
12. Select all the patients
13. Click “send”
