Once messages have been sent, use different methods to observe and track the performance of the campaigns depending on the topic:

Track sales data for related products

For example sales of antihistamine products for an Allergies campaign

Count of bookings for services

Compare the number of services completed pre and post campaign and compare year on year figures if seasonal for these service based campaigns

Monitor for influx of online sales related to campaign

Monitor increase in online purchases, ensuring you have enough stock to support the sales

Observe foot traffic and queries from patients related to campaigns

Patients may ask questions relating to the message and may want to book a service or purchase something after receiving the message
