It is important to keep your staff informed about your use of StrongPro as they will be answering questions from patients that call or visit your store, asking questions about the messages

Share upcoming campaigns and key dates using a campaign calendar

Train staff on handling patient queries effectively

Make the messaging visible, the method used (SMS/Email) and what cohorts it was sent to.
  • E.g. "Next Tuesday, we will send SMSes to ~500 patients to book a Blood Pressre Check service"
