Guide: Uploading Data via StrongIntegration for RxWeb
Log into Strong Integration
1. Enter your credentials (Production)
2. Select your Integration Partner (PMR) RxWeb
3. Navigate to the required report and click "Copy to Clipboard." (Note: If your computer freezes while copying, click anywhere on the RxWeb interface to resolve it.)
4. Paste the content into the text box and click "upload." Required Reports:
- Patient: Patient List
- Financial: Dispensing Prescribing &
- Drug Reimbursements
- Prescriptions: Clinical Dispense Data
5. Select [Initial Upload] for your first upload or [Subsequent Upload] to update or refresh the data, then click [Upload]. Continue until you see the "Upload Complete" prompt.
