How does the process work?
Step 1. Choose a Trial: The pharmacy navigates to the Clinical Trials section of StrongPro and selects a suitable trial.
Step 2. Review Trial Information: The pharmacy reviews the trial details, including the patient list and eligibility criteria.
Step 3: Select Template: The pharmacy selects a communication template of the available options for the campaign.
Note: not all trials will have multiple template options
Step 4. Send Communications: The pharmacy sends the prepared communications to the eligible patients.
Step 5. Patient Sign-Up and Consent: Patients follow the provided web link to sign up and consent to be contacted further regarding trial participation.
Step 6. Confirm Participation and Arrange Rebate: The clinical trial manager confirms the number of participating patients, and the pharmacy rebate is arranged for the following month.
