    • If you have previously dispensed the selected vaccines and would like to target the applicable patients, be sure to select Molecule filters.

    • Include Booking Instructions: Add clear instructions on how patients can book an appointment (including links to the booking system).

    • We recommend scheduling messages on Mondays - Thursdays between 11 am- 1 pm for optimal engagement.
    • Ensure messages are spaced out and appropriately timed for maximum patient attention.

  • Create a Campaign for Follow-Up Vaccines: If any patients require follow-up vaccines, create a campaign for their automated reminders and messages to ensure timely administration.
