- Update Your Booking System: Ensure your booking system reflects your vaccine availability and appointment slots.
Step 2: Create a Campaign
Set up a messaging campaign to engage patients.
- Filter Patients Based on Eligibility:
- Filter by vaccine-specific Age Ranges, Drug Type and any other filters to ensure your campaign is sufficiently targeted.
- If you have previously dispensed the selected vaccines and would like to target the applicable patients, be sure to select Molecule filters.
- Create Your Message: Craft a tailored message for each group of patients or vaccines.

- Ensure Seamless Patient Processing
- Create a Campaign for Follow-Up Vaccines: If any patients require follow-up vaccines, create a campaign for their automated reminders and messages to ensure timely administration.

- Send Regular Reminders: Schedule follow-up messages for upcoming appointments, second doses or booster shots.
- Encourage Vaccine Uptake: For patients who haven’t booked yet, send gentle reminders with educational messages about vaccine benefits.
