How do I access the message history report?

Message History Report Help Guide

Instructions:

Step 1: On the 'Financials' tab in StrongER. Click on your pharmacy name in the top right corner.

Step 2: On the dropdown menu. Click on 'Message History Report'

Step 3: Choose 'From Time' and 'To Time' to select the timeframe you'd like the report for. 

Step 4: Select Pharmacy/Pharmacies

Step 5: Click 'Generate Report', and the report will be sent through to your nominated email
