How does it work for pharmacies?

  1. The pharmacy chooses a relevant trial in the Clinical Trials section of StrongPro
  2. The pharmacy reviews trial information, patient list, and criteria
  3. The pharmacy selects the  SMS template to use for the campaign
  4. The pharmacy sends SMS to eligible patients
  5. Patients follow the provided web link to sign up and provide consent to be contacted regarding trial participation.
  6. Patient participation is confirmed
  7. (If applicable) The clinical trial manager will confirm the number of patients involved, and the pharmacy rebate will be arranged

What does patient recruitment look like?

  1. Pharmacy selects clinical trial: The pharmacy reviews and confirms its interest in the chosen clinical trial campaign via StrongPro.
  2. Messaging from Pharmacy: The pharmacy will choose the SMS campaign from the available choices, which will subsequently be dispatched to customers via StrongPro.
  3. Patient registration: Customers receiving the SMS can follow the URL link to provide consent for the clinical trial organisation to contact them about trial participation.

Privacy Policy

This program, like StrongPro, fully aligns with our privacy policy

To safeguard data privacy and protection, all information is securely managed within the pharmacy environment. Patients receive a message containing a link to consent and enrol in the trial. Should they express interest, they will need to click the link, provide their contact details, and hit submit, consenting to share their information with the clinical trial organisation, our trusted partner facilitating the clinical trials.

StrongRoom AI does not share patient information with the clinical trial organisations, unless the patient has provided their consent when expressing their interest in the trial.
