  • Enhancing Community Health Literacy
  • Improving Community Health and Well-being
  • Creating New Clinical Trial Opportunities For Patients
  • Streamlining Public Access to Clinical Health Trials
  • Pharmacy Rebate for Successful Patient Referrals

Is my patient's data secure?

All information is securely managed within the pharmacy environment during the recruitment process. Patients receive a message containing a link to consent and enrol in the trial. Should they express interest, they can click the link, provide their contact details, and submit the form. Their information is now shared with the facilitating clinical trial organisation.

How does the recruitment process work?

  1. The pharmacy chooses a trial in the Clinical Trials section of StrongPro
  2. The pharmacy reviews trial information, patient list, and criteria
  3. The pharmacy selects the template to use for the campaign and sends communications to eligible patients
  4. Patients follow the provided web link to sign up and consent to be contacted regarding trial participation.
  5. Patient participation is confirmed
  6. The clinical trial manager will confirm the number of patients involved, and the pharmacy rebate will be arranged

Can we edit the recruitment templates?

No, these messages have been approved by our research partner and their ethics committee, so they cannot be altered.

How does the system filter eligible patients?

We receive eligibility criteria from the provider and input them into the system. StrongPro then identifies which patients in your system are eligible for the trial. We create the list for you, which you can view and edit, though you cannot add anyone outside the criteria.

What counts as a successful patient referral

If the patient fills out the consent form from the link in the message, it counts as a successful referral and qualifies for a rebate for your pharmacy.

How does the rebate work?

Once the successful referrals are calculated, your pharmacy will receive the rebates in the following month.
