8-Week Campaign Messaging Plan

This article outlines the recommended campaign timelines to follow to ensure effective use of StrongPro

Week 1: 

  • Review StrongPro dashboard 
  • Chose a champion (staff member) for each campaign to ensure that the
    the campaign is being monitored and actioned
  • Create an aim/target for each campaign 
  • Select the patient variable cohort by starting with the largest revenue opportunity
  • Select campaign message from templates, tailor, create or use ChatGP - start
    with board messaging  
  • Send message
  • The patient response should be seen within the first week when patients consult the pharmacists about the messages receive
  • For example, Shingrix vaccination messages sent out; should see a 10% increase in the vaccination rate
  • Action patient service, meds check etc. 

Week 2: 

  • Review campaign results 
  • Select patients who are yet to engage with the first message 
  • Select campaign message from templates, tailor, create or use ChatGP - use
    board messaging again
  • Send message
  • Action patient service, meds check etc. 

Week 3-4-5-6: 

  • Review campaign results 
  • Select patients who are yet to engage with the campaign messaging
    sequence 
  • Select campaign message from templates, tailor, create or use ChatGP
    • Over the course of weeks, 3-6 use more specific and in-depth health
      messaging  
  • Send message 
  • Action patient service, meds check etc. 

Week 7-8:

  • Review campaign results
  • Select patients who are yet to engage with the campaign messaging
    sequence 
  • Select campaign message from templates, tailor, create or use ChatGP
    • Over the course of weeks 7-8 use more specific and in-depth health
      messaging
  • Send message 
  • Action patient service, meds check etc. 

Tips 

  • Trial the campaign messaging with yourself, your team and your regulars first for familiarity
  • Know your why for each campaign, have an aim/target
  • Nominate a champion (staff member) for your campaign to ensure that the campaign is being monitored and actioned
  • Customise and personalise the campaign messaging sequence  
  • Build rapport with your patients through the campaign messaging sequence
  • Track your results weekly
  • Follow the 8 Week Campaign structure through to the end
