A transfer out operation involves moving stock from one location to another under the same company or another. You can access different locations under your company from the user menu on the upper right corner.
To transfer out of your location to another, click on the Transfer Out quick action button to the left hand side. Select the location you want to transfer to and sign off to save the transfer.
You can then switch to the location to view the transfer received there, and also see the transfer reflected in your location. This can be viewed under the Stock > Transfers page.
✏️ Note: items transferred out to another location will appear as PENDING on the Transfer list until they have been signed off as received in the other location.
💡 Tip: You can also reverse a transfer (e.g. if it was a clerical error), by expanding the transfer row and clicking the Reverse button in red.
