# Stocktake

## How do I perform a stocktake?

You can do a new stock take by navigating to the **Stock \> Stock Take** page and adding in and saving the new stock number for each item. This will be reflected as the new stock item and quantity available for this location.

**✏️ Note:** Note that you can also perform a stock take for items that have been labelled for **pending destruction**.
