# Importing data into StrongShed

## How do I import data?

To import data into StrongShed, navigate to **Settings \> Integrations \> Get Items**. Select the internal location that you previously integrated your external location to and click **Get Items**.

**✏️ Note:** This will import your stock items, invoices and stock movements into StrongShed.
