What does the claim option of Taken + Missed mean?
Taken + Missed calculates the In Pharmacy and Takeaway numbers by adding doses that were missed by the patient to the number of doses taken. This option allows pharmacies that prepare doses in advance to easily claim for prepared doses as part of their PPA Claim.
This option may not be suitable for all pharmacies - only use this option if your workflow includes preparing ODT doses in advance. It can also be set on a Per Patient basis if you only prepare for some patients.
