Click on the **Reports** page on the left sidebar 2. From the drop-down menu, click **Transactions** 3. Click **Report types**, then select **WA OTP Report ![](https://help.strongroom.ai/hubfs/image-png-Feb-24-2023-01-22-57-0475-AM.png)** 4. Use the arrows to **Select Month**, then enter your password and click **Generate ![](https://help.strongroom.ai/hubfs/image-png-Feb-24-2023-01-23-21-5943-AM.png)** 5. The report can be saved or printed by selecting the relevant icons ![](https://help.strongroom.ai/hubfs/image-png-Feb-24-2023-01-24-54-4457-AM.png) If the report is not filling in your PBS approval number this can be added in via **Lists** \> **Locations** \> **My Location** \> **PBS Number **or if missing AHPRA number **Lists** \> **Users** \> **Pencil edit icon** (Next to the your name) \> **AHPRA Number**.
