How do I supply Oral Opioid replacement doses?

Supplying Oral ORT records the doses provided to the patient

  1. Navigate to the patients profile from:
    1. Patient Alerts on the left side menu is a list of oral ORT patients that are due for dosing today. If the patient is due for a dose today, they will be in this list, access their profile, by selecting supply next to their name
    2. Patient Search at the top of the screen, by searching for the patients' name and/or by filtering for Opioid Replacement and selecting Search. Then select the patients' profile

  2. Once on the patients' profile, select the day/s to be supplied to the patient. (If the cell is blank under the date/s you would like to supply, you will need to add in another script for the patient, before being able to supply these days). To select the day/s to be supplied:
    1. Click and Drag
    2. Shift + Click
    3. Shift + ← or → (arrow keys)
    4. Ctrl + Click
  3. Select Supply
  4. The Supply pop-up displays
  5. Review Supply Details and Print Options, to edit a dose being supplied, click on that day to expand
  6. Once the entries have been reviewed, select Continue
  7. Review and Acknowledge any warnings (if applicable) and enter any Supply Notes (optional) and obtain a Patient Signature (if using the electronic signature pad)
  8. Then enter credentials and click Supply

  9. The dates supplied cells will then be filled in colour, indicating the dose for that day has been recorded

The dispensing record will display on the Patient Profile on the spreadsheet at the bottom of thier profile page, showing details such as Taken Date (scheduled), Amount (both in mg and mL) and Takeaway Status, etc.
