StrongER AI Assistant

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for ensuring that the use of the StrongRoom AI Assistant tool complies with their relevant professional obligations and applicable privacy laws.  

All Users of the AI Assistant interface must ensure to only input information or data into the AI Assistant that patients would reasonably expect you to disclose in the course of providing your health services. This means that StrongER Cloud Users should not:  

  • upload any other documents, files, or data other than a patient’s dispense report into the AI Assistant; 
  • include additional fields, attachments, or data beyond what is necessary in the patient dispense report; 
  • use the AI Assistant for any other purpose than discrepancy analysis or eCDR reconciliation. 

The AI Assistant is intended as a support tool only, and it does not replace any professional judgment or discharge any professional obligations.  


Privacy and Security
 

The AI Assistant will only ever process the information the User manually inputs or shares with it. Users retain full control over the information that it shares with the AI assistant.  

All information passing through StrongRoom AI servers are protected by industry-standard encryption. Any data flowing between StrongRoom AI and Google is transmitted over a secure, encrypted connection (TLS 1.2 or higher). Your data handling is governed by the StrongRoom AI Privacy Policy and our terms of service with Google. 

Here is how your data is protected, according to our service agreements with Google: 

  • No AI Training: Google doesn't use your prompts, responses, or documents to train or improve its general AI models. 
  • Encryption: Data is encrypted at rest using customer-managed encryption keys (CMEK) and in transit utilizing advanced encryption (RSA and ECDSA). 
  • Data Storage: We control the geographic region where data is stored at rest. 
  • Data Deletion: Temporary in-memory operational data caching is automatically deleted within 24 hours.

StrongRoom has also published a specific StrongRoom AI Assistant Collection Notice (Strong ER), which is available on our website at: strongroom.ai/privacy. All Users of the AI Assistant must take reasonable steps to ensure that patients are notified of this new data handling practice and that the StrongRoom AI Assistant Collection Notice (Strong ER) is brought to their attention.
