The StrongIntegration Utility links StrongER with integration partners (dispensing and invoicing software). It's installed on a dedicated computer and must be running for prescriptions and invoices to connect with Strong ER via Incoming Pages.
If the Error message displays in StrongER "Strong Integration is not currently running", follow the steps below to start the Strong Integration Utility.
Start Strong Integration Utility
- Double-click the StrongIntegration icon (a white SR on a yellow background) found on the desktop, taskbar or open StrongIntegration from within the Windows Start Menu
- The Strong Integration Utility pop-up will be displayed. You should have a green tick next to your dispensing software and invoicing software
- Click Settings and then click Minimize to Tray (or close the window)
- The StrongIntegration Utility will now be running and transmitting Incoming Prescriptions and Invoices into StrongER, log back into StrongER and your prescriptions and invoices (if integrated for invoices) will come through into the incoming prescription and invoice queue respectively.
