      Printer and Signature Pad

      How do I set up the Signature Pad, label printer and choose / edit an OTP takeaway label?

      Signature Pad

      Strong ER integrates with both ePad and Topaz branded signature pads. If you purchase one of these Signature Pads, please let us know as we will need to install some extra software and licenses to allow these devices to interact with Strong ER. 

      Printer & Label

      1. Choose the label printer for OTP takeaway labels to print from
      2. Select from the default label types or click New to make a new label
      3. (optional) Edit an existing label type (see below for more information)

      Editing a Label

      1. Click on the Settings button on the sidebar
      2. From the drop-down menu, click Application
      3. Click on the Printer and Signature Pad tab in the top menu bar
      4. In the Printer & Label section, click Edit
      5. The Label Settings pop-up displays


      6. The label Offset fields can be changed to fix label alignment when printing
      7. The text boxes on the label can be moved or edited as required
      8. Make all necessary changes and then click Save

      To modify label settings, users can select the Flip Label checkbox to flip the label. In addition, users can set the label as the Default label type by selecting the Make Default checkbox.
