To navigate to the patients screen, go to **Lists** on the left side menu and then select **Patients![](https://help.strongroom.ai/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Dec-04-2024-03-25-05-8338-AM.png?width=688&height=413&name=image-png-Dec-04-2024-03-25-05-8338-AM.png)**   **Edit Patient details** 1. Find the patient record you would like to update, (optional) use the **Search Patients** box in the top-right corner of the screen to find the patient 2. Select the **pencil edit icon** on the right-hand side of the screen to edit that patients details 3. **Edit Patient** pop-up will then display, update any required fields  ![](https://help.strongroom.ai/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Dec-04-2024-03-25-13-7494-AM.png?width=688&height=413&name=image-png-Dec-04-2024-03-25-13-7494-AM.png) 4. To save the changes, input your credentials and select **Save** **Add New Patient** Patients are automatically added into StrongER when you sign in a prescription from the incoming prescription queue 1. Find the patient record you would like to update, (optional) use the **Search Patients** box in the top-right corner of the screen to find the patient 2. Select the **pencil edit icon** on the right-hand side of the screen to edit that patients details 3.
