[Patient Profile](https://help.strongroom.ai/knowledge-base-stronger/patient-profile?hsLang=en) # Notes and Alerts ## How do I add a note to the patient profile as well as marking it as an alert? **Adding a Note and Alert** 1. From the Patient Profile, select the **Update** button in the **Notes & Alerts** section 2. Click on the **Add Note** button or click **Update** if there is already a Note 3. Enter in the relevant information into the **Add Note** text box 5. (optional) **Mark as Alert** 6. From the Patient Profile, select the **Update** button in the **Notes & Alerts** section 2. The **Add or Select a Note** pop-up displays 3. Select the relevant note to edit (or click Add Note to add another note) 4. (optional) **Mark as Alert** 6.
