Merge Doctors

How do I merge Doctors?

  1. Click on the Lists page on the sidebar
  2. From the drop-down menu, click Doctors
  3. Click on the Merge Doctors button
  4. (optional) Search for the relevant doctor record(s) using the Search Doctors field
  5. Select the checkboxes for the doctors that need to be merged, then click the Merge icon in the bottom right of the application

  6. Select relevant information to be retained, then enter password and click Merge. Ensure to use the scroll bar to select all required fields

  7. Confirm Merge by clicking Yes, Merge Doctors

Once a Doctor Merge is confirmed and completed, it cannot be undone. Please take care when using this feature.
