Guidance and demo for StrongER's Interim Reporting Solution for WA CPOP Monthly Reporting Requirements
New WA CPOP Monthly Reporting Requirements
Starting August 1st, pharmacists must submit the new WA ODT report by the 7th day of each month. This report must include the number of patients who received a pharmacist-administered depot buprenorphine product during the month.
Interim Reporting Solution
While we finalise updates to the WA ODT report functionality, we've implemented a straightforward manual claiming process to ensure seamless compliance with the new requirements.
Manual Claiming Instructions:
Oral Buprenorphine Products
-
Open Reports > Transactions
-
Generate the existing WA Report on StrongER by selecting Report Types > WA OTP
-
Transpose the information onto the updated report.
Please Note: Variable double and triple doses are not currently calculated in the existing report. This will need to be done manually until we can find a fix for this issue.
Long-Acting Injectable Buprenorphine (LAIB) Products
-
Open Claims > Injectable ODT.
-
Navigate to the previous month.
-
Count the number of unique patients for Buvidal
-
Count the number of unique patients for Sublocade
-
Transpose the information onto the updated report.
Please Note: If you don't record LAIB administration in StrongER, you will need to reference your other records.
