- Enter physical stock: Input the actual count obtained during your physical stocktake.
- Select the time period: Choose the date when the last accurate stock count was confirmed.
- Attach supporting reports (optional): Upload dispense history reports from your dispensing software or stock movement reports from your Point of Sale (POS) system. If skipped, the system will still do its best to identify the most likely reason for the discrepancy.
- Start the investigation: Click Confirm.
