If there is an update available or has been run on your other computers for StrongER, but there is a computer that doesn't display the update prompt or displays the error message "Application Requires Update: Contact Strong Room Support", please follow the steps below.
- Find the StrongER application in the start menu of Windows or on the desktop of the computer that requires the update
- In the start menu or on the desktop, right-click on StrongER and select "Run as Administrator"
- StrongER should then launch with the option to update
If this is occuring on a computer each time that there is an update available, StrongER can be made to run in 'Administrator mode' each time you launch the program. You can do this yourself, or contact StrongRoom Support so we can do this for you
If this does not result in the prompt for you to run the update for StrongER, please contact StrongRoom support and we can run the update for you
