The StrongIntegration Utility links StrongER with integration partners (dispensing and invoicing software). It's installed on a dedicated computer and must be running for prescriptions and invoices to connect with Strong ER via Incoming Pages.
If when you try to start Strong Integration because your prescriptions and invoices aren't coming through into StrongER, you can try restarting StrongER.
- Find Strong Integration Utility icon (a white SR on a yellow background) in the taskbar tray in the taskbar notification area or from the taskbar or start menu of the terminal with Strong Integration installed. Click on the Strong Integration icon to open the program
- Select the Settings Icon (Cog Wheel Icon), then Exit
- Then double-click the Strong Integration icon found on the desktop, taskbar or open Strong Integration from within the Windows Start Menu
- The Strong Integration Utility pop-up will be displayed. You should have a green tick next to your dispensing software and invoicing software
- Click Settings and then click Minimize to Tray (or close the window)
