How do I open StrongIntegration when it is already running?

The StrongIntegration Utility links StrongER with integration partners (dispensing and invoicing software). It's installed on a dedicated computer and must be running for prescriptions and invoices to connect with Strong ER via Incoming Pages.

If when you try to start Strong Integration because your prescriptions and invoices aren't coming through into StrongER, you get the notification that "The StrongIntegration Utility is already running" you can try restarting StrongER.

  1. Find StrongIntegration Utility icon (a white SR on a yellow background) in the taskbar tray in the taskbar notification area (Usually, this is in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen, where the date and time is).

  2. Right-click on the Strong Integration icon, select "Exit".
