Resetting a password can only be done from within StrongER, if there isn't a user designated as a "Chief Pharmacist" available to reset your password in StrongER, please contact support.
- To reset a user's password in StrongER, ensure that you are logged into StrongER as a "Chief Pharmacist", you can see the role of the user in the top-right hand corner of the screen, listed under the logged-in users name. If the user logged into StrongER is not a Chief Pharmacist, log out of the current user by clicking on their name and selecting Logout
- Navigate to Lists > Users and select the pencil edit icon next to the user that needs their password reset
- Select Update Password, then in the pop-up window select Forgot Password
- A pop-up window will then display the users Username and Temporary Password (the user will need these to reset their password)
- Log out of the current user by clicking on their Name in the top-right hand corner of the screen and selecting Logout
- The enter in the users Username and Temporary Password, the user will then be prompted to enter in their temporary password again and then their new password
You cannot use the same password in StrongER within a 2 year period
