How do I merge products?

Access Lists

• Navigate to Lists in the sidebar.

• Select Products from the list options.

  
  
  

Locate Products to Merge

• Use the search bar or scroll to find the products you need to combine.

Start the Merge Process

• Click the Merge Products button, located in the top-right corner of the page.
  
  

Select Products

• Use the checkboxes on the left side of the product listings to select all the products you wish to merge.
  
  

Initiate Merge Action

• Click the Merge button that appears in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
  
  

Define the Merged Product

• A new screen will display the details of the selected products.

• Select the Product Details from each category that you wish to keep. These selected details will combine to form the single, new merged product.
  
  

Finalise and Confirm

• You will be prompted to confirm the action with your credentials.

• Enter your Username and Password, then click Merge.

• A final merge confirmation pop-up will appear. Click Yes, Merge Products to complete the process.
