How do I fix the error "Requested License is Invalid"?

The licenses for StrongER may need to be manually activated if you get the warning that "Requested License is Invalid. Contact StrongRoom Support"

  1. On the login screen, on the computer you get the error message "Requested License is Invalid. Contact StrongRoom Support"
  2. Select the "Settings" icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen
  3. A new window will pop-up, select "Activate Machine" in the bottom left-hand corner of the pop-up
  4. Another window will pop-up and you should have a message "Already Activated!", next to all of the modules you use in StrongER. If you get another message, during this step, please contact StrongRoom support to resolve for you.
  5. Select "Continue", the pop-up will close, then select "Save" in the bottom left-hand corner of the first pop-up window
  6. Login to StrongER again with your credentials, you should now be able to log-in
