The licenses for StrongER may need to be manually activated if you get the warning that "Requested License is Invalid. Contact StrongRoom Support"
- On the login screen, on the computer you get the error message "Requested License is Invalid. Contact StrongRoom Support"
- Select the "Settings" icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen
- A new window will pop-up, select "Activate Machine" in the bottom left-hand corner of the pop-up
- Another window will pop-up and you should have a message "Already Activated!", next to all of the modules you use in StrongER. If you get another message, during this step, please contact StrongRoom support to resolve for you.
- Select "Continue", the pop-up will close, then select "Save" in the bottom left-hand corner of the first pop-up window
- Login to StrongER again with your credentials, you should now be able to log-in
