How do I create a new user in the StrongRoom AI Portal?

This article guide you through adding a new user via the StrongRoom AI Portal

  1. Login to the StrongRoom AI Portal
  2. Navigate Users on the left hand sidebar
  3. Click Add New User


  4. Input the user/s email address' > Click Next


  5. Select the role to provide the user for the Portal > then click 


  6. Click Next
  7. Select the location/s to provide the user access to and select the user role for StrongER
  8. Click Invite User

💡 The invited user will receive an email shortly. They must open the email, accept the invitation, and follow the prompts to complete their signup.
