How do I create a new user in the StrongRoom AI Portal?

Step 1: Navigate to the User Section

1. Login to the StrongRoom AI Portal.
2.  In the left-hand sidebar, click Users. 
3.  Click Add New User. 
   
   

 Step 2: Set Access and Permissions 

1.  Select whether the user (or users) should be a Portal admin. 
   
   
2.  Select the location(s) they should have access to. 
3.  Select the appropriate StrongER to define their access level, then click Next. 
   
   

Step 3: Invite the User

1. Enter the email address of the user (or users) you want to add.
   
   
   
   Note:  After typing each email address, you must press Enter to confirm it before clicking Invite Users. If you don't confirm the email address first, it won't be added. 
2. Click Invite Users.
