How do I connect StrongIntegration to an integration partner?

If StrongER displays the error 'Error: Strong Integration cannot connect to any integration partners.' Follow these steps to connect the StrongIntegration Utility. If the issue persists, please reach out to StrongRoom Support for assistance

 



  1. Right click the StrongIntegration Utility from the icon tray at the bottom of the screen in the taskbar notification area (Usually, this is located in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen, where the date and time is).

  2. The Strong Integration Utility pop-up will display

  3. Click on the Dispensing System software your pharmacy uses
  4. Move the slider to Enabled and then click Apply and Close. You should then have a green tick next to your dispensing software

  5. This should resolve the error message and ensure Strong ER is working correctly, if you do not get a green tick, contact StrongRoom Support

If there are any issues with the Integration, please contact StrongRoom AI
