Login to the [PPA Portal](https://app.ppaonline.com.au/home) using the account for which you wish to generate the API Key 2. A drop-down list of options is displayed. The Manage your account screen displays. Your User ID is visible in the first greyed out field. Your API Key will be generated and displayed in the field   **Please note:** this key will not be viewable in the Portal once you have clicked the **Save** button. Please ensure you copy down the API Key and keep it for future reference. You will not be able to see the API Key once it has been saved 6. The Confirm User Profile Update pop-up will then display. If you forgot to copy and save your API Key in **Step 6, click on the Go back, I need to copy my key!** button. The pop-up will close and return you to the screen so that the API Key can be copied and saved. Click **Connect to PPA / Update Linked Pharmacy ![](https://help.strongroom.ai/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Feb-27-2024-04-04-21-2284-AM.png?width=688&height=373&name=image-png-Feb-27-2024-04-04-21-2284-AM.png)** 11. Enter in the User ID and User Key from the PPA Portal, select the pharmacy. **Note:** If you have not saved the User Key in the PPA portal the list of pharmacies to select will not populate and you will not be able to proceed with the next step 12. Enter in your credentials and select **Submit**. **For any additional pharmacists who would need to be able to submit online claims through StrongER, they will need to follow steps 9 to 11 listed above** 13.
