How do I claim for a dose that was prepared but not collected by the patient?

StrongER does not specifically capture data on Prepared doses, however the system does capture data around Missed doses. Based on the workflows of your Pharmacy, the Missed doses data may reflect doses that were prepared but not collected.

You have the option to calculate Claim dose numbers based on Taken + Missed. This can be set on a Per Patient basis or apply to all patients. Alternatively, you can manually edit the dose numbers to reflect any prepared doses too.
