You can reach our support team by submitting an online request, calling us, or sending an email.

To log a ticket directly through our Help Centre:

  1. Click Submit a Support Request or at the top of this page.

  2.  Fill out the form with as much detail as possible.

  3. Tip: Please include any relevant screenshots, exact error messages, or steps to reproduce the issue to help us resolve it faster.

Once submitted, a member of our team will review your request and get back to you via email as soon as possible.
