You can reach our support team by submitting a request through our help centre, by phone, or by email.
By Phone
Call us at 03 7065 4066, and press option 1 to speak with a customer support agent.
By Email

Fill out the form with as much detail as possible. Please include any relevant screenshots, error messages, or steps to reproduce the issue.

Once submitted, a member of our team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible via email.
Support Hours
Our standard support hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday, Melbourne time (AEST/AEDT).
Our Help Centre and email support are only monitored during these business hours.
For urgent issues, limited phone support is also available on weekends and weekdays until 10:00 PM, Melbourne time.
