Custom Product Matching is used to link a product between your dispensing software/POS software and StrongER, it is also used to fix products coming through with incorrect quantities
Custom Product Matching is used to manage this process. Custom product matching is also used when a product isn't coming into StrongER with the correct quantity, e.g. codeine linctus coming in with a quantity of 1 instead of 100.
- To access custom product matching, navigate to Lists > Products and select Custom Product Matching
- Enter the Match Name (The Match Name depends on your Dispensing/POS Software, see table below)
- Select the Product to match to
- Enter in a Prescription Multiplier and an Invoice Multiplier (the prescription and invoice multipliers can only be used to multiply the quantity coming into StrongER, it cannot be used to divide the number)
- Select Add
