What is Custom Product Matching?

To ensure that drug information is correctly received, drugs in the dispensary database can be matched with products in the Strong ER database. If a new item such as medicinal cannabis or compounded items are not already in the system, manual linking is required. The Custom Product Matching pop-up is used to manage this process.
