Why can't I see the Drug Register and the Resident's S8 stock for certain locations

If you are unable to see the Drug Register or S8 stock for some locations, you will need to activate your login to these locations

 

If you cannot see the Drug Register or S8 stock, follow these steps to activate Searchable Locations

Searchable Locations

  1. Click on Settings from the Dashboard
  2. Click on Resident Search
  3. Select Searchable Locations
  4. Select your facility by using the drop down arrow
  5. Click on the list of Searchable Locations that apply to your location
  6. Then ensure you click on the checkboxes next to rooms/wings or locations that you wish to view (these also hold the access to the Drug Register)
  7. Click on Update List
  8. Return to Settings, Users and Edit User
  9. Scroll down the page and locate Link Login to Location/s
  10. Click on the dropdown arrow and click the checkbox next to the desired locations that you will need to view
  11. Then click Update Login Details

You will now be able to view the locations, residents and locations that you require.
