The Resident's tab overview

The Resident's tab is used in conjunction with Administration. This manages the Chart and Administration process, the eNRMC (electronic National Residential Medication Chart).

  1. Click on the Resident’s tab
    • At the top of this page, filters are available
2.     Enter the resident’s name (first name or last name) or Medicare number into the Resident Search field. Typing in the first few letters of the name will produce search results
    • You may also search for the resident in the Search Resident field on the dashboard

Use the Include inactive residents checkbox to include residents that may have left your facility.  The Inactive Resident information is archived and always retrievable. 

  1. Click the Search button
  2. To clear your search, click the Clear button
  3. Click into the Include inactive residents check box
  4. Click the Search button

If your search does not yield results you will need to create a new Resident.
