The Resident Info tab

The Resident Info tab provides important personal resident details

• From the Pharmacy Dashboard, click on the Residents name
• Navigate to the Resident Info tab
  
  
  
  
• When you select this tab, the Resident Info page will display. Move to the tabs under the resident's image

Personal Information

• • The resident’s Personal Information displays
  • Details include Name, Sex, Date of Birth, Medicare and DVA numbers
  • The IHI number displays
  • The resident’s Status e.g. Active displays under the Resident's image

Contact Info & Regulatory Numbers

• Click on Contact Info & Regulatory Numbers
• • The Resident’s Contact Details/Next of Kin and Entitlement & Regulatory Numbers display
    

Prescriber and Pharmacy Details

• Click on Prescriber and Pharmacy Details

• • The resident’s Primary GP and Pharmacy details display

Allergies and Adverse Drug Reactions 

• Click on Allergies and Adverse Drug Reactions 

• • The Drug Name/Substance, Reaction Description, Type of Reaction and Date Reaction Last Occurred will display. Other ADRs may be added under this page, then click Save List.

Special Considerations

• Click on Special Considerations

• • Special Considerations include Medication Method, e.g. Quartered, Medication Administration, e.g. with Water, and Medication Delivery options.
  • Other Resident Considerations may be selected, e.g. Dexterity Issues
  • Notes can be viewed under Specific Instructions/Additional Comments field
