      The NIM (Nurse Initiated Medications) page layout

      NIMs: Prescribers will order NIMs and you can view them by clicking on the NIMS tab after you search and select your resident

      1. Type the resident's name into the Search field. Include inactive residents and click the Search button
      2. Click on the resident's name
      3. You are taken directly to the residents Medication chart
      4. Navigate to the NIMS tab

      • When you click on the NIMS tab, the medication Name, Dosage, Dose Unit, Route, Frequency and Max Dose are all visible from this view (if they have been prescribed)
      • To view further details, click on the arrow next to the medication name

      • Nurse Initiated Medications are added to this view by the Prescriber
      • If you need more Nurse Initiated Medication options, please contact the Prescriber
