About MFA

Multi-Factor Authentication provides extra security. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is a multi-step account login process that requires users to enter more information than just a password.  For example, at StrongRoom, when using a Multi-Factor Authentication you may select an option along with your password that will require you to enter a code sent either to your mobile phone or email.

  • Click on Multi-Factor Authentication

To activate Multi-Factor Authentication move the on button for either or both Multi-Factor authentication methods, then enter your mobile phone number and/or email address.

  • Then click Submit

PIN

A PIN will allow you to quickly sign off on administrations or prescriptions. A PIN may also be used when using the Drug Register.

Click on Account Settings to reset your Password and apply (or reset) a Personal Identification Number (PIN).

  • Enter a PIN code in the first field (min 4 characters)
  • Enter your Password in the second field
  • Click the Save PIN button
    • You can now use this PIN when signing off on Administrations or Prescriptions
