Reports - The Stock tab

Reports: This report gives you quick and easy access to the stock level in your drug register now. If a poisons officer asks you for the current stock in your safe now, simply come to the Stock report.

This report will not only show you the Stock Level by drug and Resident, but also show you what is in Pending Destruction. 

Filters:

• You may sort the report by Drug name, and either include S8 or display In Stock Only by clicking on the buttons to select or deselect. Use the Search button after selecting your filters, and click the Clear button before you search again
• You may Download or Print the report, or search by Imprest Only
• This report will not only show you the Stock Level by drug and Resident, but also show you what is in Pending Destruction
• The date of the Last Stock Take is also visible
