The Audit Report is a security report. This is an integrated electronic Controlled Drug Register (eCDR) – this provides full transparency to all users. The Audit Report records every interaction within the StrongCare platform that has ever occurred.
The Audit tab
Filters:
- You may sort the Audit report by Transactions relating to the Medication name
- You may apply one or multiple filters
- You may filter the Audit report by Action or date
- You may filter the Audit report by Location
- Filter the Audit report by Login name
- You may filter the Audit report by Signed by name
- You may filter the Audit report by HTTP Status Code by clicking on any button
- After selecting your filters, always click the Search button
- To clear your search click the Clear button
- You may Download a CSV file or you may Print the report
- You may also filter by Role Creation/ Changes Only or filter by Responsible Person
These filters are mandated for certain states where you can view who has been allocated an administrator role, a responsible person and the actions they have performed.
The Date of the transaction displays on the left of the page, and clicking on the arrow will display the transaction details.
Other columns including the Transaction Status, IP address, Browser used and the Action taken are displayed. The person who Logged in, the Signed By person, then the Location of the transactions are all listed in this view.
