Registering a Pharmacy within your database

Register a Pharmacy: You will need to register and link a pharmacy to your database and to the resident

  1. Click on the Settings tab from the dashboard
  2. Expand to the Pharmacists tab
  3. Click on the Register Pharmacy tab

  1. Enter the Pharmacy Company Name into the search field
  2. To register the Pharmacy, click on Register a new company
  3. Enter the Pharmacy Name
  4. Enter the Branch Name
  5. Use the dropdown arrow to select the Branch State
  6. Enter the Pharmacy’s Email Address
  7. Enter the physical Address of the Pharmacy
  8. Type the email address of at least one pharmacy member
  9. This pharmacy member will automatically become the Administrator of the database. You may deselect this if you are adding another Pharmacy member
  10. To Add another Pharmacy member click the Add Additional Member button
  11. You may change the admin simply by clicking into the checkbox next to the Pharmacy member’s name
  12. Then click the Create Pharmacy button
  13. Click Close
  • The Pharmacist registered will receive an email. To complete this registration the Pharmacist will need to complete their details by clicking on the link within the email
  • Clicking on the link provided within the email will redirect the Pharmacist to the StrongRoom Registration page
  • All details must be completed to have access to the Pharmacy dashboard for the facility nominated
  • The pharmacy needs to be linked to the Resident

Link Pharmacy to Resident

  1. Click on the Residents tab on the dashboard
  2. Click on the Resident Info tab
  3. Select the Prescriber and Pharmacy Details tab under the resident image

To change the pharmacy details simply click on the newly added Pharmacy which will now have been added to the StrongCare database.
