Reports - The Transactions tab

Transaction Reports. All Transactions that have ever occurred within the Drug Register are recorded in the Transactions Report. This includes a detailed and searchable report of Drugs Transferred In/Out, Drug Safe Retrievals and Administrations.

Filters include sorting by Medication, Resident Name and Prescriber Name

You may sort by Signed by or Witnessed by names and sort by Date
You may filter by Transaction Type – use the dropdown arrow to select or deselect one or multiple options
Click on the S8 button to sort by S8 medications only
After applying any filters always click the Search button
To clear your search filters, click the Clear button
You may Download a CSV file and you may Print

The first column under the Transactions tab is the Date column
The second column is the Medication and the dose and dose unit
The Resident column will display with the Resident’s name or will be blank depending on the type of Action; for example this will be blank if this was a Drug Safe Retrieval transaction only
The Prescriber name will appear - or will be blank depending on the type of Transaction, for example, a Transfer In that has been reversed
The transaction Action will be listed – for example an Administration, a Receipt, Reversal or Drug Retrieval
Where applicable under the To/From column, either the resident’s name or Pharmacy name will display
The name of the Primary Nurse displays in the Signed By column, and in the next column the name of the Witness, where applicable will display
If a Drug has been transferred in – the number of Drugs will display in the In Column
If a Drug has been transferred Out or removed from the Safe the number will display in the Out column, with the running balance displaying in the Balance column
