The next tab is NIM, Nurse Initiated Medications.

Nurse Initiated Medications display. You may select the Update Residents’s NIM Chart List  to remove or update the database for your facility.

• Click on a medication to add this to the resident’s NIM Chart

• Expand the order to review the details of the presc

Medication Selections have been added to the global dription and if approved for use, click on Select Chart.

• Then click Save List. The new NIM will now display.

• To remove all charts from this resident click the red button ‘Remove all Charts from Resident’
