      I would like to set a Multi-Factor Authentication

      Multi-Factor Authentication provides extra security. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is a multi-step account login process that requires users to enter more information than just a password.



      Within the StrongCare platform - when using a Multi-Factor Authentication you may select an option along with your password that will require you to enter a code sent either to your mobile phone or email.

       

      1. Click on the Settings tab from the dashboard, and select the Personal Settings from the left menu

      2.      Simply move the on button for either or both Multi-Factor authentication methods, then enter your mobile phone number and/or email address.
