I need to set a PIN or Password

You may set a Personal Identification Number or PIN. This can used to sign off on Administrations or Prescriptions. A PIN is also used within the Drug Register. You may also need to reset your Password.


Setting a PIN


  1. From the dashboard, click on Settings
  2. Click on Personal Settings
  3. Click on Account Settings 
  4. Under Create or Reset your PIN, type in your PIN (min 4 digit) into the first field
  5. Type your Password into the next field to confirm the setting of your new PIN number
  6. Click Save PIN

Reset Password

Under this tab, you may reset your Password.
  1. Enter the New Password (in the New Password field) 
  2. Then confirm the new Password by re-entering the password into the field below
