I have received or transferred the wrong medication from the Drug Register

If you have received or transferred the wrong medication from the Drug Register, use the Reverse Transfer or Reverse Delivery button located within the transaction page

Reverse Transfer

A Reverse Transfer is conducted in the following manner.

  1. Search under Stock/Transfers. Locate the transaction you wish to Reverse 

  2. Click into the transaction to view the details

  3. Confirm this is the correct transaction, and scroll down the page
  4. Then, simply click on the Reverse Transfer button
  5. Enter relevant Reverse Entry notes into the Notes field
  6. Then click the Submit button
  7. The primary nurse and witness should enter their usernames and passwords and sign off

The status is now Pending Reversal and will remain with that status until the other ward receives the stock back. Only then will the status be marked as Completed.

Reverse Deliveries

A Reverse Delivery is conducted in the following manner.

  1. Locate the transaction you wish to Reverse. Search under Stock/Deliveries

  2. Click into the transaction to view the details
  3. Confirm this is the correct transaction, and scroll down the page
  4. Then, simply click on the Reverse Delivery button
  5. Enter relevant Reverse Entry notes into the Notes field
  6. Then click the Submit button
  7. The primary nurse and witness should enter their usernames and passwords and sign off
