How do I review the Prescription and Administration history of a resident ?

To view the Prescription and Administration history for the resident, click on the Medication History tab.

After selecting your resident, navigate to and click on the Medication History tab. This is located under the Residents tab on the dashboard.

Admin History: 

The Admin History tab shows the Medication Administration history. Details include the Date & Time, the Drug Name, the Quantity administered, the Administration Status and the name of the person that Administered the medication.

If Administration was not successful the DOC - Dose Omitted Code will display          (e.g. H - The resident was away in Hospital)

      Rx History

• The Prescription History tab shows orders that have ceased or have been cancelled
  • You may search a date range for Orders ceased
  • You may also filter the orders by Drug, Route or Type

      Update

• Clicking on the Update button allows you to filter within your selected dates.
• Click Clear to remove your filter
